WHY WE'RE HERE
The conversations liver health has been missing.
Joined by clinicians, people with lived experience, and fearless voices, this is not a typical health podcast.
It is built to break silence and change outcomes.
Our Vision & Mission
01. Lead through lived experience.
This podcast centers real lived stages of healing, real people, informed by clinicians, researchers, and the advisory work of the Liver Awareness Foundation. We talk honestly about lifestyle, nutrition, emotional distress, overeating, and eating disorders, and how these experiences intersect with liver health. Lived experience comes first, with expert-backed insight to support it.
02. Break stigma. End gatekeeping.
Liver disease is not rare, shameful, or one size fits all. We talk openly about what liver disease actually looks like, how it shows up, and why so many people are missed. No silence. No sugarcoating. No one locked out of the conversation. This is real talk, not marketing language.
03. Nothing is off limits.
We speak openly about liver failure, cirrhosis, alcohol use disorder, alcohol-associated liver disease, metabolic dysfunction-steatotic liver disease, stigma, shame, and the cultural pressures that shape how people relate to food, alcohol, and their bodies. Prevention only works when the full picture is openly included in the conversation.
